Note: In accordance with an agreement with the Charity Commission, we transitioned the charity to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) structure. Consequently, a new charity registration number (1201574) was assigned to the CIO. This charity remained financially dormant throughout 2023, with all assets transferred from the original charity (203772) on 31st December 2023. From 1st January 2024 onwards, charity 1201574 has been fully operational as the sole governing charity of The Lambourn Almshouses.
